Job Description:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for Human Resources issues at the corporate level and to ensure that all Departments are following Corporate HR Policies and Procedures. Oversees employee related issues and documents including employee handbook, bylaw, employee benefits, employee relations, company functions and HR budgets.

Job Responsibilities:

• HR Policy development and documentation

• Ensure proper implementation and employee compliance with company's HR policies and procedures

• Oversight and review of salary structure and annual compensation planning (Pay Scale)

• Provide insight on organizational structure and maintain organization chart and job roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain corporate internal bylaw and employee handbook up-to-date and in compliance with labor law

• Conducts corporate level employee investigations and reporting

• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation in order to facilitate legal compliance and continuous improvement of HR practices

• Overview and assist in employee objective planning and Performance review

• Maintain Personnel files, and handle employees’ ad-hoc requests such as certificate of service, salary certificates, general benefits enquires, etc…

• Manage employees benefits, insurance, medical claims, NSSF, school allowance, etc…

• Monthly payroll calculations, attendance, overtime, vacation tracking

• Recruitment, job posting, interviews, preparing contracts, proper legal declarations

• Employee orientation, development and training; responsible for employee retention programs

• Maintain Crew uniforms inventory

 

Skills Requirements:

• BA in Business Administration or related field is a must

• Knowledge in employment laws and requirements

• Experience in handling labor relations, conflict resolution & staff motivation

• Familiar with official declarations such as NSSF and Ministry of Finance forms

• Fluent in English and Arabic is a must with a good writing style. French is an asset

• 4 Years Experience, preferably 2 in a similar position

 

Soft skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Amiable and sociable personality revealing integrity, honesty and trustworthiness

• Organized and fast learner

 

Direct Reporters:

• Administrative Assistant for admin matters

• Formalities Officer for NSSF and all other legal matters

Cockpit Crew  Captains

Valid ATPL license

Valid 1st class medical certificate

Minimum  4000 hours of total flying experience, including , jet experience,:

1500 hours must have been on jet experience on multi-pilot aeroplanes

500 hours flying experience as Captain

500 hours flying experience on aeroplanes equipped with EFIS/FMS 

Valid and appropriate type- or class rating

 

 

 

First officers 

 

CPL with instrument rating or frozen  ATPL license

Valid 1st class medical certificate

Minimum 1500 Hours of flying experience, including: Jet experience

500 hours commercial jet experience on multi-pilot aeroplanes

500 hours flying experience on aeroplanes equipped with EFIS/FMS

Valid and appropriate type- or class rating

 

 

 

Cabin Crew

 

Cabin attendants

 

High-school degree/ Matriculation Examination or an equivalent degree,

Minimum age requirement: 21 years,

Good communication skills in Arabic and English; French is an asset,

Be able to read write speak Arabic, English and French fluently
